This was Fred's first album. This album contains 12 songs recorded at Fred's Restaurant and performed by some of the finest musicians from the Boulder, Colorado area at the time. This is people playing and singing tunes that they really like, all led quite ably by Fred himself.

Of course, it's been remastered by LOP from the original Michael D. Aisner vinyl production. The quality of the performance far outweighs what it might lack in sonic excellence. If you were lucky enough to be around Fred's, you know what a magical place it truly was. This album brings home the joy and warmth that was Fred's Restaurant.
